Job Description

  • Engagement at senior level for the provision of management information and decision making.
  • Strong sales team management experience
  • Provide, where necessary, leadership and/or strategies to maximise revenues
  • Experience of selling ideally within the FMCG industries 
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Perform market research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
  • Liaise with Marketing and Procurement departments to ensure cohesion of sales strategies 


  • Experience managing a high performance sales team
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude 
  • BA/BS degree, MBA a plus
  • Sharp, analytical thinking
  • Rapid learner & self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to create content for sales teams
  • Excellent communication skills


  • Minimum of 5 years in Sales and at least 2 years heading a Sales Department
